Dave Kartunen - Reporter
Dave Kartunen joined the 7 News team in June 2003 as a generalassignment reporter, and became weekend anchor of Today in Florida in April 2008.
Since his arrival at the 7 Newsplex, Kartunen covered some of South Florida biggest stories at the local, national, and international level: chasing the historic string of storms in the Southeast in 2004 and 2005,leading the coverage of Anna Nicole Smith death from Nassau, roaming the halls of Tallahassee and Washington to report on critical local issues, and following Pope Benedict XVI on his historic first mission to the United States.
