Record Highs? Is this November?

We are sandwiched between high pressure to the east and 2 fronts to the north. By Saturday, one front fades away over north Florida while the other continues it's trek towards our area. But before it arrives, the winds will veer out of the south pushing plenty of heat and humidity in our direction. We could end up seeing record highs on Saturday.

City______________Forecast High___________________ Previous Record
Miami________________87___________________________87 - 1986
Ft. Lauderdale_ _ ___ ____87_____________________ _____ 89 - 1976
Miami Beach________ ___87______________________ ____ 86 - 1987
Key West___________ __85___________________________87 - 1951

By Saturday night, the clouds will build and we may see a shower or two as the second stronger system moves through the area. By Sunday morning a few mid level clouds may obscure the sun, the breeze will pick up and the temperatures will take a tumble. Then go get your jacket because by mid afternoon the highs will struggle to reach the 70's and by Monday morning your commute to work and school will be in the 50's.

Ahh.... a taste of winter!
