Weekend relief?
It seems like mother nature may bring us some heat relief this weekend. Already snow has been reported in Colorado and Minnesota and temps are dropping all across the nation's mid section. This is due to a strong front heading east.
Some models are arguing for a slight cool down here come Saturday, suggesting that the tail end of the front will swing through and bring our temps down to seasonal averages. If it happens the highs will sink from the low 90's to the mid to upper 80's-more in line with what's normal. Until then, highs will be at or above 90 degrees flirting with records until Friday. Hurry up front!
