It's that time of year time to fire up the grill and get to barbecuing. Deco found a restaurant where barbecue is always on the menu, but at this place they really make you work for it.
Welcome to Soo Woo Restaurant and Lounge in Doral. Here east meets west west dade they've got sushi and Japanese and Korean cuisine on the menu.
BOK AN: "The food connoisseurs have realized in the last 4 years korean food is growing tremendously it's the most talked about up-and-coming food in the culinary world as we speak."
With two Korean barbecue tables this place is the real deal.
BOK AN: "In south florida we offer the full authentic the real Korean food since I am Korean."
You won't find a smoker or a charcoal grill out back when it comes to this bbq it's all you.
BOK AN: "Korean barbecue is a table top barbecue that you cook your own meat on."
A server sets it up but there's a new chef in town you.
BOK AN: "That's the best part of Korean bbq you cook to your own liking you like it rare you cook it rare you like it well done, you cook it well done you like it burnt go ahead and burn it."
So what's on the menu? Boneless, thin sliced, marinated short ribs.

You'll find a fork and chop sticks on table but there's one utensil that's a cut above the rest
