If we do one more fashion piece, i'm gonna be seeing red. You couldn't be more right. This fall, red wine inspired hues are rockin' the fall fashion runways.
The models with the moves on the runway this season are rockin' a hot new color known as "oxblood" in fashion circles.
It's a deep red in many hues and it's even hotter than maroon five.
MICHELLE DIMARCO: "One of the biggest trends were seeing right now, transitioning from Summer to Fall are all the one inspired colors such as the chianti, the merlot, the deep cabernets and we're seeing it on the runway time and time again."
The fashion world loves this color from Yves Saint Lauren and Narcisco Rodriquez to Jason Wu and MCQ by Alexander Mqueen.
Deco decked out the new reds on some hot models at the grateful palate wine bar in Fort Lahddy dahddy. Check out the bordeaux babe tucked into a tucker dress in a deep wine-inspired Sheen.
MICHELLE DIMARCO: "Red wine inspired colors are so popular because it's really denotes something very rich, luxurious - getting us ready for Fall."
And like a good glass of red wine these colors are nuanced.
MICHELLE DIMARCO: "It's not a bright red, it's more of a deep red. It kinda has the plums and the berries. The blues, the red and a little bit of brown combined into one to really make it a step fuller then the red.It's kind of like a really deep burgundy."
The deep reds are in on skin and nails too.
ERIKA FELICIANO: "Dark red, blackberry, nude, flesh tone colors - very big."
Luscious on lips and cheeks too.
ERIKA FELICIANO: "It goes with every skin tone. It complements every hair color- you realy can't go wrong with a berry color. It should be a staple in every woman's makeup bag."
And these reds ranging from rose to cabernet are fine like wine.
