For Dwyane Wade winning the NBA Championship was all good but it's his "Wade Foundation," which benefits kids in the community that's near and dear to his heart.
DWADE: "I'm always excited to try to make an impact in the city in the community."
Well "D" made his impact for his foundation recently with a blowout event called "A Night On The Runwade"
DWADE: "I combined 2 things I love, I combined community and charity aspect with fashion."
Girlfriend Gabrielle Union popped up to give her man props.
GABRIELLE UNION: "He definitely recognizes it took a lot of people to come back to his community and show him the way out he takes that seriously to try to provide that in a way for other kids to have the same opportunities."
D-Wade's Heat-mate Chris Bosh scored an assist showing up looking all dapper.
BOSH: "You know you come to dwayne's event, you can't mess around man, you've got to come proper."
The night kicked off with models hitting the runway wearing designs from the Webster Dsquared -- and Neiman Marcus even Dwade got in on the action.
GABRIELLE UNION: "He does runway shows for me all day with all of his different looks when he decides what he's going to wear so that's pretty natural for him."
The fashion show wasn't the only entertainment of the night. There's was poetry and
Danger Flow rocked the stage. All in all those who attended said it was a good night.
GABRIELLE: "This is like family fashion fun and a good cause.
BOSH: "Dwyane he always put a nice twist on everything so just to be here and support him and his efforts and the community is great."
DWADE: "Anytime you get someone to come out and support anything you put your name on it's very humbling."
