There's more to pumpkins than pie and carving obscene images that disturb the neighbors. Although, those are my two favorites, but a close third is the stuff on the inside. It may be ugly but it holds the key to beauty.

Like Halloween it all starts with the perfect gourd.

Then out comes the gunk but the seeds are saved. And she grinds it into a fine body polish.
Next, the pumpkin is boiled it all starts with a warm steamy towel. Then a brown sugar and ground pumpkin seed polish.
