Breaking news? Nah -- more like broken news. As in "Broken City," Mark Wahlberg's latest big-screen crime drama. This who-done-it has more twists and turns than Lindsay Lohan's last excuse to the cops.
The big picture is "Broken City" Mark Wahlberg stars as a disgraced New York City cop turned private investigator in this suspense thriller.
Mark and his onscreen girlfriend, Miami Native Natalie Martinez, hit so-flo today to talk about the film starting with their celluloid relationship.
MARK WAHLBERG: "He's in way over his head she's definitely out of his league but you know guys they always want the unattainable one."
Mark didn't have to research playing a private eye he learned all he needed to know watching TV in the seventies.
MARK WAHLBERG: "God man I grew up watching you know not only "Magnum" all of them james garner what's the show with James Garner?"
Dude that would be the Rockford files. Mark doesn't need a detective to get around the 3-0-5. He's got family here...
MARK WAHLBERG: "I have a brother who lives down here with his wife and three kids so i spend a little time with them."
But homegirl Natalie has some plans to hit the town with her co-star.
But it's not gonna be a late night..
NATALIE: "Yeah I'll give him a couple of places to go to go eat as long as it consists of me going to bed by 7:45 i'm good."
