Some of the hottest ladies to ever parade down a runway hit South Beach Thursday night. Their mission find the perfect bikini to sport at this weekend's model beach volleyball tournament. Deco was there in case anyone needed help in the fitting room.
A multitude of lovely ladies descended on Beach Bunny Boutique in so-flo to find the perfect bikini to wear to serve, spike and kill the Model Beach Volleyball tournament is back in town.
OLIVIA ORMOS: "Model Beach Volleyball is a weekend where all of the top modeling agencies in Miami Beach get together to form these coed teams and come out to Miami Beach 8th and Ocean Drive to compete in a beach volleyball tournament."
It's two days of hunks and hotties slathered in sun block, smacking a volleyball back and forth.
OLIVIA ORMOS: "Saturday all the agencies come out it's kind of a round robin format nobody goes home everyone enjoys the day come back Sunday and that's when the elimination rounds begin."
The buff and the beautiful don't just stand on the sand with a mojito in one hand and a cell phone in the other.
All eleven teams involved are really playing for something.
OLIVIA ORMOS: "They're looking to win a trip to the Bahamas for free for a whole weekend so they really go hard with their teammates that's for sure."
Don't seem so surprised to be a model is to compete.
CARLA MARTIN: "Probably the most competitive people in the world are models because that's our job we're constantly competing with each other for jobs so give us a ball we're gonna do the same thing."
They'll also be competing to see who can wear the skimpiest bikini.
This weekend's a win-win situation for everyone involved.
CARLA MARTIN: "You put together the most beautiful people in the world with sand sun and music right here in south beach and you can't lose."
