Being a parent isn't easy, but there's nothing I wouldn't do for my kids and the same goes for Dwayne Johnson in his new movie "Snitch" which is based on a true story.
A parents work is never done just ask Dwayne Johnson's character -- John Matthews.
When cops arrest his son Jason on drug charges. He steps up -- and goes undercover to bust a bigger fish -- to get him a get out of jail free card.
Now Dwyane says John's no hero, but sometimes you gotta do what ya gotta do.
DWAYNE "THE ROCK" JOHNSON: "I wouldn't say my character is a hero. I would say he's just an everyday guy who goes to hell to protect his family and in the process has the heart of a lion."
But he can't do it without the help of dea agent cooper played by Barry Pepper.
BARRY PEPPER: "Because of John's commitment to how far he's willing to go with them down the rabbit hole and not only keep his own secret alive, but Coopers John is holding it all in his hand and I think he's impressed with his abilities."
Or Jon Bernthal's character -- ex-con Daniel James.
JON BERNTHAL: "When you get involved in the underworld a one time thing becomes a much bigger thing and they'll suck you right back in and I think that really plays what the main tension of the movie is especially between these two fathers who are trying to do what's right for their kids."
Since the movie is all about saving fam -- and we go way back with D. E had to know how far he would go to save me and Louis if we were in trouble.
