If you're a sports fan, you can watch gene's arena football team, LA KISS wonder how they came up with that name? He's totally involved with team, but he won't be sending in any plays from the sideline.
GENE SIMMONS: "Well I don't wanna tell the players how to play but we're there to reach out get corporate entities to brand themselves on be an active owner but not tell the professionals how to run their game."
Gene and the boys are getting ready to shove off from Miami later this month for the annual "KISS Kruise" but before they go, they'll be helping out "Sophie's Place," a children's treatment center started by his daughter.
GENE SIMMONS: "A day before the KISS Kruise takes off to the Bahamas with thousands of crazed fans on a superliner there's gonna be a party and the monies raised there is all gonna go to "Sophie's Place."
