Shireen on the Scene: Sobe's Burger Bash
Rachel Ray is hosting culinary creations, grilling magnificent meat is key to Sobe's Burger Bash.
Shireen: "What is it called?"
Jason Morale: "Tropical mango burger."
That is until now.
Shireen: "It's such a miami burger."
The pastry chef at the Ritz Carlton Sobe is going sweet, instead of savory.
Jason Morale: "It's a chocolate ice cream patty, it's got that mango government cheese patty."
The greens are coconut lettuce the ketchup? Rasberry marshmellow fluff.
This is jason's first bash and his first fruity idea when you take a bite it's.
Chef: "Nice, sweet, refreshing."
From sweets to meats.
"Everyone there is pretty much a big name, i'm an unknown name and i wanted to come up with something different, unique to set myself apart."
Chef andrew balick from the ritzs' dilido beach club is flipping for the first time, too.
Shireen: "What are you looking most forward to?"
Andrew: "Just being a part of it, just given the opportunity to compete with the other chefs is in honor in itself, and i'm just excited to be there."
