It's summer time to hit Equinox gym at Merrick Park in Coral Gables. They will turn your body into a calorie burning machine. Check Lynn out.

Bulging biceps tight butt. Strong abs. A class at Equinox at Merrick Park promises to give you all that if you survive, this.

It's called "Met Con3" a killer 45 minute interval workout that's like no other.

Geoff Bradshaw: "The real benefit to this class is you're going to be a fat incinerator for 15 to 49 hours after the workout so after I go to work and eat a huge bag of licorice I'll burn it twice as fast just sitting at my desk."

That's motivation.

Let's get this party started metcon has you constantly working hard for 10 minutes at a time with different exercises that'll make you wish you had made out a will.

Sounds like fun start with taking the vipr thing over your head while doing squats and do it a lot.

Then quick, quick, quick put everything down and do this it ain't easy.

You feel like dying?  Good!  Let's jump you can cheat when the instructor isn't looking. Then, more squats more lifting next, push the vipr up, squat, bring up again do it a million times by the end of class, you'll develop hatred you never had.

Jump over do a push up thing a ma bob top it off with speed skate move oh, did I say we were done?

Someone get me some oxygen or a towel but if you live you will get results.
