South Florida is known for its stylish stores.But starting this month, finding the latest fashions just got a lot cheaper. In tonight's More Bang For Your Buck, we found a shopper's paradise that's breaking all the rules.
(WSVN) -- Burberry, Channel, Polo, Gucci.
Top names available at a fraction of the cost.
Maria Prado from Miami Merchandise Mart says, "The prices are really good because we're dealing with wholesale prices."
But this isn't a flea market.
This is the Miami Merchandise Mart.
And these are the latest styles - so hip, so cool - you won't see them for another six months.

our getting first pick at something that probably hasn't even hit out there yet."The Merchandise Mart typically works as a retail center for stores servicing Florida, Latin America, and Central America.
Every once in a while, the facility has opened to the public.
But starting June 28th, it will do something for the first time in 30 years.
"Every last Saturday of every month we're going to open to the public."
That's good news for Marisol Alvarez.
She was only allowed inside through inside connections.

The Merchandise Mart offers a selection covering 32 acres.

hree floors, three hundred showrooms."With everything from bikinis and bags to frames and furniture but there are rules at the Merchandise Mart.
No checks are accepted - only cash and credit cards.
And don't bring along the kids.
Children under the age of 12 aren't allowed inside.

asically what happens is when we do open, you see the ladies line up and the minute they walk in, its like paradise."But it's not like the mall.
There' no frills or thrills....nothing fancy except the savings.
"The service is great. the prices are great."

f your looking for something hot, you like to make that fashion statement- for you - your husband -your kid - its here."The Merchandise Mart is located right near the airport.
To get there take the Dolphin Expressway and get off at Milam Dairy Road.
Remember, the Mart will first be open to the public June 28th.
