The Best of South Florida: Best Steakhouse

(WSVN) -- Whether it's well done or pink in the middle, a good piece of meat can be hard to find.

"The quality of the food, the presentation is excellent, service is top notch, I'm very pleased."

Angela Colicheski of Morton's Steakhouse says, "We are legendary. From the minute that you walk through our front doors, you already see the difference."

Dawn Lundquist of Morton's Steakhouse says, "People sign deals here. People have used the private board rooms to have executive lunches."

Michael Namore of Christy's says, "With so many steakhouses around it is quite an honor to be voted one of the top three."

Michael says, "We don't use anything to make the meat tender. We buy the best quality which is prime, we age it for 21 days."

Michael adds, "Sometimes we have customers that want 20 oz., 25 oz. of steak so we cut it especially for them."

"What else can you ask for, good food, good environment, good service."

"You get a lot of work done, over a fantastic meal, you just can't miss with it."

And when you enter our viewers Number One Pick for Best Steakhouse, you know it, it's like entering the football hall of fame. All of a sudden, you are in Don Shulas, and you can't mistake it, especially when they toss you, the menu. "Oh yeah, porterhouse, 48 ounces, you think I can do it, you think I can? Oh, only a few women have."

And just like the perfect season, the steaks here are the biggest and the best around.
