(WSVN) Is someone sending you messages you can no longer ignore? Is it simply time to wash your car?
Well, we've tallied the votes and here's a look at the best car washes in South Florida.
"We have actual employees washing the car by hand. So we have a hand car wash."
And that personal attention helps "Car Care Concepts" on southwest 137th Avenue in Miami come in third. Owner David Zbik says making the chrome sparkle and the hood shine is in his blood. He says, "I started here as a teenager. I started washing rims. I learned the hard way. And then one day I just saved up my money and I bought the car wash."
He says no customer drives off until they're completely satisified. In the number two spot: "Prestige Car Wash" on University Drive in Lauderhill.
Limo driver Mike Tremblay says this is the only car wash for his stretch limo and he knows how important a good car wash is for his job.
"A clean car is very critical for us. It's a must. The client has to have a clean vehicle when we get to the place or to the airport."
Owner Jim Gorant says at prestige every car gets limo-like attention.
"We'll work on your car as long as possible to make sure you're happy before you leave."
From the three lanes of vacumes, to the automated cloth wash, to the shine and polish teams outside. He says he knows what makes a clean car.
"I was always a fanatic with cars. I used to wash my car every single day when I was a teenager. Everybody used to joke that you should be in the car wash business and I have a passion for automobiles."
"I remember when I first moved to town years ago, everyone said there's only one place to get your car washed in Miami. It's where all the pro athletes take their gorgeous machines. So it has to be good enough for the rest of us right?
"It's called simply enough, "The Car Wash." And not only can you watch your car the whole way along. You can check out some pretty amazing people watching on a busy weekend.
"The Car Wash" on Bird Road and U-S 1 is our viewers number one choice for getting your wheels washed.
"We have all kinds of people come in here. From little cars to big cars. Basketball players. Everybody you want to name we have in here."
And it's the service that keeps bringin' 'em back. But the little additions don't hurt either. Like popcorn while your car is vaccumed. And coffee and bagels. Even frozen yogurt. Inside all making "The Car Wash" a unique experience.
