he people are really nice, the location's great. I love the baby-back ribs - they're excellent."Plus if you're on a diet, you can feel guilt-free thanks to one of the area's largest salad bars. And don't forget their unique-tasting side items like baked beans, so hot they steam up our camera.

he main thing is we use real wood. we cook with hickory and oak wood. its the closest thing we can get to a real backyard bbq."But this may be better than anything you cook at home.

robably our biggest sellers are our pork sandwich and baby back ribs. We have our own cole slaw that people all over the world have to have. The corn on the cob is a favorite, especially with people from out of the country."B
