Bite with Belkys: Corn Casserole

Ingredients:

1 stick of butter, melted

1 egg

1 package (9.5oz) of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

8 oz. sour cream

1 can of corn kernels (do not drain)

1 can of creamed corn

Melt the butter in the microwave. Now mix all of the ingredients together and stir until it's completely blended. Bake this in a square baking dish at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. If you want to make enough to fit into a 9x13 rectangular baking dish, double all of the ingredients, except for the butter. Bake at same temperature for 45 minutes.
