Bite with Belkys: Absolut Penne
Looking for something easy and delicious to make tonight? Well we've got a pasta dish that's a little on the wild side, as we grab A Bite With Belkys.

The Dish: Absolut Penne

Miami Beach, FL
1 lb. penne pasta
2 cups tomato sauce
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup absolut vodka
Red chili pepper flakes to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Chopped fresh chives for garnish
Grated parmesan cheese for garnish
Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente or firm.
Reduce the tomato sauce, cream and vodka until sauce thickens and appears pink in color.
Season with red chili pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
Add the pasta and toss lightly with parmesan cheese until well coated.
Serve immediately and garnish with more cheese and chives.
