Bite with Belkys: Passionfruit Creme Brulee
It's an elegant dessert made in the finest restaurants. Now we've got the recipe for a Creme Brulee that's delicious and easy to make. Time to grab a Bite With Belkys.

3 cups Passion Fruit Puree
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 1/4 cup Sugar
10 Egg Yolks
1 Vanilla Bean split length wise
Remove pulp from passionfruit and put it in a blender. Remove seeds from pureee. Now heat passion fruit puree, heavy cream, vanilla bean and sugar. Remove bean strain and pour mixture over the egg yolks. Bake mixture in a water bath in a preheated 300 degree oven for approximately 15 minutes. Cool, then spread sugar on top and place under a salamander or broiler to caramelize or use a propane torch. Garnish with mint, pulp of fresh passion fruit and three raspberries.
