In the mood for a quick and delicious meal you can whip up in minutes? Well believe it or not, we've got a three minute shrimp recipe you can cook up quicker than going through the drive thru. Time to grab A Bite With Belkys.

The Dish: Ultimate 3 Minute Peel and Eat Shrimp, served with Garlic Bread

 

Garlic Bread Ingredients:

1/4 tsp. fresh cracked pepper

1/2 tsp. coarse sea salt

3 tsp. softened butter

4 cloves of garlic, chopped

2 tsp. grated parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp. paprika

1 tsp. parsley

 

Bread Directions:

Combine butter with garlic, salt, pepper, and 1 tsp. of cheese. Spread butter mixture on read and top with rest of the cheese and a little paprika and parsley for color.

Put into a 425 degree oven for three to four minutes.

 

Peel and Eat Shrimp Ingredients:

1 pound key west pink shrimp (16-20)

1/2 tsp. fresh cracked pepper

1 tsp. coarse sea salt

2 tsp. virgin olive oil

3 cloves of garlic, chopped

1 lemon cut in half

1 tsp. butter

 

Shrimp Directions:

Heat large non-stick pan to smoking point. Add shrimp to dry pan. Season with salt and pepper. Toss and turn shrimp after one minute. Add oil and garlic, stir fry for another minute. Squeeze juice of half a lemon and add butter to dish. Cover for 30 seconds. Remove lid and serve with bread and a tossed salad.

Serves 4.
