It's a traditional Italian dinner like mamma, or in this case pappa, used to make. Spaghetti and meatballs like you've never tasted before. Time to grab a bite with Belkys.

The Dish: Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of ground beef
- Salt: 1 teaspoonful
- Pepper: 1 teaspoonful
- Parsley: 1 tablespoonful
- Oregano: 1 teaspoonful
- Basil: 1 teaspoonful
- Eggs: 4
- Grated Parmesan cheese: 1 cup
- Bread crumbs: 1 cup.
Procedure:
- Using a large bowl, mix the ground beef with all the spices, next add grated parmesan cheese, and next add the 4 full eggs.
- With your hands, mold the meatballs, and roll them over a pan with the bread crumbs to completely cover them.
- Fry lightly and keep turning them to cook evenly.
- Cook slowly over low heat for about 40-45 minutes, in a large pot with "marinara" sauce. When they're done, add your favorite pasta. Garnish with fresh basil.
