If you like cooking, we're about to show you a dish that's good for parties, a simple lunch or even brunch. One local chef is showing us how to make his new top seller. Time to grab A Bite with Belkys.

The Chef: Fernando Bido

The Restaurant: Morton's The Steakhouse

The Dish: Smoked Salmon Pizza

Ingredients:

1 thin-crust pizza crust, 12 inch

1/4 cup of sour cream

2 Tbs and 2 tsp of red onion, chopped

2 Tbs of fresh dill, minced

5 oz. of smoked salmon, thinly sliced

3 tsp of dried capers

Method of Preparation:

-Start by baking the prepared pizza crust in a 325 degree oven for about 5 minutes. Then, transfer the warm crust to a cutting board.

-Now, spread sour cream and add red onion, dill, smoked salmon, more onion and more dill.

-Lastly, cut the pizza into six slices and top it with capers.

To Plate:

You can garnish with fresh minced dill around the plate.

Serving Suggestion: Chardonnay

Serves: 6-8
