Great food is sometimes the most simplest. Tonight, one chef is showing us how easy it is to make a mouth-watering sandwich. And wait until you see all the art that inspires his dishes. Let's grab A Bite with Belkys.

The Restaurant: Wynwood Kitchen & Bar

The Dish: Philly Cheese Steak

Ingredients:
16 oz. rib eye steak, thinly sliced
4 oz. white onion
8 slices of ciabatta bread
8 oz. of gruyere cheese
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Method of Preparation:
-Start by cutting the rib eye steak into small strips.

-Then, add a little grapeseed oil in a hot non-stick pan and cook the meat. Toss in chopped onions and season with kosher salt and toss it all together.

-Once the meat is cooked through, place it ciabatta bread. Next, top the sandwich with gruyere cheese and bake it in the oven for up to three minutes.

To Plate:
Cut the philly cheese steak in half and serve it with a side of french fries and ketchup.
