Bite with Belkys: Peanut Butter Mousse Torte from Ocean Prime
Hey, peanut butter lovers: listen up. We've got a recipe that will leave your mouth watering. It's time to grab a Bite with Belkys.

The Restaurant: Ocean Prime
The Dish: Peanut Butter Mousse Torte
3 1/3 cups of peanut butter
8 cups of cream cheese
3 1/3 cups of powdered sugar
1/2 cup of milk
heavy whipped cream (make by mixing whipping cream until its light and fluffy)
8 cups of heavy cream
bitter sweet chocolate
Method of Preparation:
-Start by preparing the mousse. In a mixing bowl, add peanut butter and cream cheese. Mix together and slowing add in powdered sugar.
-Then, while the ingredients are mixing pour in milk. Make sure there are no lumps.
-Transfer the mousse to a bigger bowl and fold in whipped cream. At the restaurant, they use individual sized molds. At the bottom of the molds, they have an oreo crust. (To make the oreo crust, simply mix oreo cookies with peanut butter.)
-Then, scoop the mousse on to a mold. Place it in the freezer for at least three to four hours.
-Next, pop out the molds using a torch or a water bath.
-Lastly, pour hot heavy cream over bitter sweet chocolate and mix. Pour the melted chocolate over the tortes. Place the tortes back in the freezer for five minutes and serve.
At the restaurant, they garnish with chocolate sauce, whipped cream, mint, powdered sugar and a chocolate stick.
