Bite with Belkys: Pan Seared Yellowtail Snapper from Bonefish Grill

The Dish: Pan Seared Yellowtail Snapper

 

Ingredients:

  • 9 oz fish filet
  • house seasoning
  • 1/2 bullet sauteed spinach
  • 1 oz lump crab meat
  • 1-1/2 oz lime tomato garlic sauce (use sun dried tomatoes, lime juice and garlic)
  • clarified butter as needed

Directions:

-Lightly flour and season filet on both sides.

-Add butter to a pan and fry the fish lightly on both sides, put in on a 350 degree oven for 6-8 minutes.

-Butter garlic, spinach and salt until wilted.

-Top sauteed spinach, crab meat and lime tomato garlic sauce.
