Bite with Belkys: Grilled Atlantic Salmon In A Creamy Mustard Sauce From Gigi
If you have been fancying fish but not a fancy dish, you're in luck. Tonight, we've got a recipe for salmon that will change your mind about seafood forever. Time to grab a Bite With Belkys.

The Dish: Grilled Atlantic Salmon in a Creamy Mustard Sauce
Salmon with Dijon Mustard Sauce
- 1 cup White wine
- 1 tsp Black peppercorn
- 3 each Parsley sprig
- 1 ˝ cup Heavy cream
- 1 tbs smooth Dijon mustard
- 2 tbs whole grain mustard
- 8 oz Salmon Steak
Method of Preparation:
-In a sauté pan combine the following ingredients: white wine, peppercorn, parsley and reduce this by half.
-Add the heavy cream, reduce by half and strain to another pan.
-Now add both smooth and whole grain mustard and simmer for 3 minutes.
-Grill salmon steak until medium rare.
To Plate the Dish:
-Decoratively place a blanched vegetable and a starch of your choice in the center of the plate.
-Pour mustard sauce in the front part of the plate.
-Place the grill salmon steak on top.
