The Dish: Pacific Time Marinade for Flank Steak
The Steps: (4 servings)
1/2 cup sweet soy sauce
4 whole garlic cloves
2 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp. sesame oil
Mix well in blender or food processor. The marinade should have a thick consistency (kind of like bar-b-que sauce). Spread marinade on steaks making sure they're well coated. Grill to taste.
