Bite with Belkys: Pizza
Instead of ordering out for pizza, try making it yourself. It's time to grab a Bite With Belkys.

The Dish: Pizza
Ready made dough
Start with the dough -- you can buy it ready made and just use a rolling pin to stretch it...

Now add your sauce
And pinch of parmesan and put it in the oven ---
At Spris they use a brick oven, but yours will have to do at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes when it's done take it out add fresh chopped basil slice and serve
Know for a stuffed pizza:
For this one stretch out the dough then add shredded mozarella cheese, sliced red onions, a pinch of oregano, fresh rosemary, a pinch of parmesan cheese and olive oil.
Now put another piece of dough on top
Press it down around the edge
Poke a hole in the middle for venting
And slice around the excess dough
Then make some kind of crust my pressing around the border.
Drizzle olive oil on top and add a pinch of parmesan and some rosemary put this in the oven for about 10 minutes and you've got not one but two yummy pies.
