When it comes to shoes and bags, it seems women just can't get enough of them. This season, the shoes of choice are fun and colorful for summer. Shireen Sandoval checks them out in tonight's Fashion Forward.
(WSVN) -- Paris Hilton doesn't leave Beverly Hills without her sky-high stilettos.
Beyonce kicks up her feet in high heels too.
But this season, when it comes to shoes, less is best.
Kim Stone from Shoes To You: "Its just sandals, sandals and more sandals. We don't wear too much, or anything closed down here in Miami."
At "Shoes To You" in West Miami-Dade, there are plenty of styles to choose from.
Kim Stone: "Flip flops are in, mules are in, sexy high heels are in, ankle straps are in. It's a little bit of everything right now."
Flats are a must have this Summer, but Kim says don't count out high heels.
Wedges and kitten heels are among the most popular and they are decked out in plenty of embellishments and color.
Kim Stone: "Colors are in, orange, pink, blue, green."
You can't go wrong with a pair of flip flops this Summer.
And at Sassy Tootsies, they're giving the classic, a bit of flair.
Tara Latona and her mother invented these flip-flops as a way to connect long distance.
Now they are idea has taken off.
Tara Latona, Sassy Tootsies: "People are loving them, it's exploding. I have so many stores right now that are carrying the line. This used to be my china closet, take a look at it now."
The flip-flops come in at least a dozen different colors.
Celebrities like Jessica Simpson, Kelly Ripa, and Reese Witherspoon own a pair.
Tara Latona: "What's different about sassy tootsies is that they're fun, bottom line."
And they're selling fast at Encanto in Fort Lauderdale.
That's because flip-flops aren't just for the beach anymore.
This season it's okay to pair them up with just about any outfit.
Tamara Anderson from Encanto: "It's very casual, you can put it on with a pair of jeans or you can put it on with a nice skirt or a pair of pants, and go out to dinner and you can still be very very fashionable."
So ladies, if the shoe fits, buy it in every color.
Kim Stone: "You can never have too many shoes are you kidding."
Sassy Tootsies is also coming out with a line of sassy tees this summer.
