And who can resist wanting a pair of each? They offer that perfect finishing touch to every outfit.

And there are so many accessories at the new Jimmy Choo Boutique at the Shops of Bal Harbour.

Founder Tamara Mellon recently stopped in to celebrate the grand opening.

Tamara Mellon: "I think it’s very important for us to be here because the South Florida customer likes to buy luxury. She is a very fashion forward woman."

This season, if you're trying to get a step ahead, think big chunky platforms, open toed patent leather and of course heels.

Tamara Mellon: "We've got a great new heel, which is super high, it's thicker for us, but it's really sexy as well."

And choosing Choo shoes is becoming the in-thing to do.

Celebrities like Christina Aguilera and Paris Hilton are big fans.

Tamara Mellon: "We're very lucky, young Hollywood just took Jimmy Choo under its wing."

At Neiman Marcus in Coral Gables, another celebrity shoe designer recently visited South Florida.

Christian Louboutin signed the souls of his shoes at a recent event.

Christian Louboutin: "It's interesting for me to see who my customers are."

Red carpets, magazines -- all the stars are wearing him -- probably because his designs always seem to have a heel up on the latest styles.

Christian Louboutin: "You know, the thing about my shoes is I always prefer the one that is going to be the next one."

So what exactly is the next "it" shoe of the season?

Start thinking bright fabrics and metallics.

Christian Louboutin: "A lot of extremely shiny-like mirrors, silver mirror, gold mirror metallics."

Whatever way you chose to wear your shoes, just make sure you put your best foot forward.

Christian Louboutin: "I really think that everybody is a celebrity when they have my shoes on."

This season you can find practically any high-priced shoe at a knockoff bargain.
