WSVN -- Move over ladies, fashion isn't just about cute dresses and high heels.

Men are bringing sexy back.

But this year, say goodbye to ripped jeans and gothic T-shirts.

Clothes are simpler and sleeker this season.

Alex Abril: "Right now we are seeing the fashions going a little cleaner, we are going away from the crossbones and the cross-skulls."

At Project Lx in South Miami, dark denim is making a comeback, and it works well with this pinstripe top.

Or pair your jeans with a long sleeve shirt instead.

Alex Abril: "Well, that's the beauty of Miami. It seems like it's always in between seasons, so a man could be going out in a long sleeve woven shirt, and, if he's a little warm or a little hot, he can roll up the sleeves and he's good to go."

Planning to go straight from the office out?

Alex says you can make any outfit South Beach-ready by just adding a cool blazer or hoodie to a T-shirt and jeans.

Alex Abril: "It's good anytime, day or night. You can wear it to the trendiest restaurants, or you can wear it to a sporting event."

It's easy for guys to look great at Base on Lincoln Road.

This local graphic artist recently started putting his designs on cotton.

And, if you look closely enough, you may see more than meets the eye.

Paul Jacober: "You may have to take the time to see what’s on the shirt, but it's the horses, the skulls or the Delano Hotel or you can just glance at them and they work as a graphic"

Paul Jacober: "Right now the shirts are all V-necks, light summer shirts that you can wear year-round here during the day, or you can put under a blazer, and wear at night."

Although the temperature's anything but chilly, big jackets and hoodies are must-haves too.

And, guys, go army in a pair of camouflage pants.

Diana Diaz: "Men, a blazer is also a good investment. You can throw yours over a T-shirt and jeans to dress up a look."
