Mother's Day is just two days away, and if you really want to make mom shine, give her some bling. Seven's Diana Diaz shows us how a South Florida mom made flip-flops Fashion Forward.

WSVN -- Madonna loves them, Cher can't get enough and even Demi Moore wants more.

We're talking about walking with bling.

If you want to feel like a star, just slip on a pair of the original Lady Lanell's Swarovski crystal sandals.

Lori Rosacker: "You can wear them dressed up, dressed down, to the beach."

Lanell Fagan's sparkly shoes were discovered while she was doing the Donald's makeup for a photo shoot.

Lanell Fagan: "They loved our product. They saw it on myself -- I had only made the shoes for myself at the time -- and asked if we would send a few pairs out to them for a photo shoot."

It was a star-studded success after that.

Lanell Fagan: "Lo and behold, we had the shoes sent out to the production manager of Sex and the City and Sarah Jessica Parker got a pair of the shoes, fell in love with them, got five pairs."

Orders started pouring in and the crystal sandals are now part of every gift basket for events like the Oscars (R), the Grammys (R) and the Emmys (R).

We spotted the shiny shoes at the signature shop at the Ritz Carlton South Beach where we're told some celebs picked up a few pairs.

Marcell Samuels: "We are seeing them getting them for themselves, getting multiple pairs, and getting some as gifts for friends and family when they come here."

So what makes these sandals so special?

The authentic Swarovski crystals are hand-applied on each and every pair.

Lanell Fagan: "We are still hand jewelling every one of our products. We have workers that work through the night, through the day, with a toothpick, stone by stone by stone."

And high style is not cheap. A pair goes from $135 to $350, but fans say they're worth it.

Jill Spina: "The reason I like them as opposed to a high-heeled shoe is that they're extremely comfortable, so you can look glamorous and be pretty but be comfortable at the same time."

And they're not just for big girls.

Sophia Rosacker: "I like that they're sparkly, and they're comfortable a lot."

And now Lady Lanell is expanding to include belts, jewelry and even iPod covers in her crystal collection.
