It might still feel like summer in South Florida, but with winter just around the corner, suede could be just what your wardrobe needs.

(WSVN)--When it comes to fall in South Florida we don't have too many options...so suede is a perfect fit for our season.

Melissa Goff of Burdines says, "Right now it's great to start wearing suede...what you're gonna find in the store is a light weight suede almost like a chamoise feel of a suede..."

You can keep your suede look simple by adding a fun piece like a vest..

Suede pants are always a fashion plus..

Or a skirt if you wanna show a little leg.

And don't worry about getting warm --

You can always pair up the look with a cool off the shoulder top...

Suede patchwork prints are cool just make sure to break them up..

Like adding a solid colored top to a skirt

Or throwing on some jeans with a vest.

A suede halter top works perfect in South Florida --- and why not buy it at Burdine's the South Florida store.

Melissa Goff says, "If you choose something in the brown family that will be the trendiest and most popular color for suede this year..."

Max Studio features what the company calls micro suede...

It's a synthetic suede that looks like the real thing, but more comfortable cuz it has stretch and it's machine washable...

Janet Brugman of Max Studio says, "People wouldn't be buying it and they wouldn't be wearing it especially in South Florida if it was hot and it's one of our best sellers..."

Halter top

Pants

Mini skirts

Tops

Dresses

Even bikinis

Whatever you choose you won't go wrong...

Janet Brugman says, "We combine one key piece of micro suede we put it with casuals. We put it with denim. You can put it together, but you want to have that one key piece stand out..."
