All Gretta's Got It

Do you feel like your outfit is missing something when you step out the door? 7's style reporter Gretta Monahan says to finish off almost any look, belt it. She shows you how in Gretta's Got It.

WSVN -- Buckle, belt or tie them; this season, get "waisted."

If you think belts are just for holding up your pants, think again. Today, they are as much of a must-have accessory as a favorite bag or jewelry.

From leather and lace, to plastic, woven and a bit of bling, belts are timeless. They're a wardrobe staple you'll have forever. The must-have belt is big and bold.

A great way to try out this new look is grab your favorite white button-down and add a belt. It's a cinch.

They really tie the 80s trend together and bring past or present looks to life.

Another way to wear the look is start with your favorite cardigan or sweater.

Belts work with different outfits, from sweaters to pants and even coats.

Every fashionista needs a luxe leather belt in the wardrobe.

These are thin with a great buckle and fun hardware. They are a perfect way to dress up casual wear and add style and sophistication to your work wardrobe.

And wearing belts on the hip is, well, hip.

If you don't want your waistline to be prime time, start with a sash.

This look is really forgiving, because it rides lower on the body.

This is my favorite trick of all: take any old scarf and sash it around, wide or thin. You can even twist it for a whole new look.

It adds color and a little glamour to casual wear, but please leave those ribbon belts for next summer.

Not every belt has to sit high on your middle. Tie one on in a new way.

If you want to be high and mighty, belt it empire-style.

And a thing to remember: a great belt will complete your look and tie an outfit together.
