WSVN -- Shoe shopping is my favorite sport, so when it comes to finding your soul mate, I'll show you what you need to step out in style.

Spring is here and so are the shoes. Collections this year offer choice because they are practical, stylish and sexy.

The first thing you'll need to slide into the warmer weather is the thong.

The staple sandal of the season and some even come with a bit of bling.

One shoe that's sticking around for another season are flats, but pick those that come in bright or fun colors. They will spruce up any look, and, remember, flats aren't just for jeans. Pair them with a little dress, and you can be casual and chic.

But if you are looking for a step up this spring, try on a wedge.
