All Gretta's Got It

Celebrities know looking good on the beach takes a lot of work in the gym. Our style expert teams up with Miss Bikini Universe for some body busting moves that are easy, fun and will guarantee you star-studded results in a snap, Gretta's Got It!

WSVN -- Having fun in the sun means looking hot, and to have you sizzling on the beach this summer I enlisted help from a pro.

Gretta Monahan: "Miss Bikini Universe? I mean, in my life I couldn't dream about being called that."

Gretta Monahan: "Melissa Hall can put her money where her abs are. Besides having a bikini body to die for, she helps women just like you and me look good on and off the beach."

Melissa Hall: "So, I have some quick, full body, workout moves that are easy to do that you can do anywhere."

Gretta Monahan: "So, real express?"

Melissa Hall: "Real express."

Gretta Monahan: "All right, let's go."

Gretta Monahan: "Beach ready in a snap. A quick change, and I am ready to sweat."

Gretta Monahan: "Start with cardio, but Melissa says you don't have to do it all day."

Melissa Hall: "Gretta, just, if you do it for 10 minutes, do it consistently. That's better than just doing it one day a week for an hour.

Gretta Monahan: "I'll take that, but real beach body results come from tailored training."

Gretta Monahan: "So, first, we need to firm up those legs so lunge. You'll even get a bonus workout."

Melissa Hall: "And what's good about it, Gretta, is you're going to tone your stomach, your quads and your glutes and your hamstrings, so it's good to take it walking."

Gretta Monahan: "Next, squat a set, but do it with a ball and weights."

Melissa Hall: "A stability ball is great for taking pressure off the lower back, and this is another way to work the legs, so I really like this exercise."

Gretta Monahan: "Next, bend with a bar to get those hard to reach spots on the backs of your legs."

Gretta Monahan: "For strong, toned upper body, arm yourself with a ball and push up."

Melissa Hall: "Isn't this a nice variation to the standard push-up?"

Gretta Monahan: "Use that ball again, but, this time, sit, balance and curl."

Gretta Monahan: "You are going to work those biceps, so you're toning your stomach, and you're toning your arms at the same time."

Gretta Monahan: "And, lastly, the trouble spot most of us hate to work, the core."

Gretta Monahan: "This is where I quit. I'm embarrassed to admit it, but it's true."

Melissa Hall: "So, we're going to add a little bit of weight. You're going to have one leg bent, one straight and you're just going to crunch forward."

Gretta Monahan: "This belly-busting workout works."

Melissa Hall: "You do 10 to 15 on each leg. You're knocking them out."

Gretta Monahan: "Now try this. The reverse crunch is a little easier."

Melissa Hall: "So you're going to bring your feet down to the mat, all the way up and bring it back up."

Gretta Monahan: "But Melissa also has an ab secret weapon."

Melissa Hall: "Voila, this strengthens healthy muscles."

Gretta Monahan: "She says the slender tone can work that tummy when you can't."

Gretta Monahan: "I'm Gretta, for Gretta's Got It."
