Girls, there's some basic rules to follow when choosing a top.

The bandeau is for the small busted lady who's doing nothing but hanging by the pool.

Triangle tops are great, but you can't be bigger than a B cup. Halter style bra tops, these are universal. Either do it with pads or not. It's always sexy on the beach.

Rosemary Espinosa: "Also one of the trends in the suits now is to make your cup wider or make your cup narrower, depending on what kind of tan line you want."

Tankinis, these are for the girl on the go. These will not slow you down on the sand.

From Brazilian to brief bottoms, you just have to match the right fit to your bottom.

Boy shorts are great if you're long, lean and athletic.

Side tie bottoms are great because they are adjustable.

Gretta Monahan: "Metallics on the beach are a style staple, now they come bi-color. It gives a totally different look to the suit."

If you're looking for max coverage and comfort, go for the classic one-piece, but don't do it frumpy. There are so many sexy ones to choose from.
