Everyone loves comfort food -- even celebs. In today's Hollywood and Dine, David Moss shows us what Kiefer Sutherland cooks up when he's in the kitchen.
Thick slices white bread (around one inch Texas toast bread)
eggnog
The evening before breakfast, place slices of bread in baking dish with sides. Pour egg nog over bread and refrigerate overnight.
The next day, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place toast on buttered baking sheet and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until French toast puffs up and browns.
On the side ... BAKED BACON.
1 pound thick-sliced bacon
Arrange bacon (flat and next to each other) on a separate baking sheet with sides. Season with fresh cracked pepper. Bake in 425 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until crispy.
Tip: line your bacon baking sheet with foil for easier clean-up.
