He's one of the funniest guys in hollywood -- clearly a kid at heart, so it should come as no surprise that Jim Carey has a fondness for a food he liked as a child: a grilled cheese sandwich. Here's today's Hollywood and Dine.
Sandwich #1 (Ham & Swiss)
Ballpark Mustard
Whole Grain Bread
Ham
Swiss Cheese
Olive Oil
Spread ballpark mustard on whole grain bread, top with sliced ham and swiss cheese. Drizzle outside of bread with olive oil and grill until brown.
Sandwich #2 (Kid Style)
American Cheese
Thick White Bread
Butter
Butter outside of bread, top with american cheese and grill until brown.
Sandwich #3 (Cheddar and Bacon)
Pumpernickel Bread
Cheddar Cheese
Bacon Bits (or whole, crispy slices of bacon)
Tomato Slices
Olive Oil
Place cheddar cheese, bacon bits and tomato slices on pumpernickel bread. Drizzle outside of bread with olive oil and grill until brown.
