Idol Insider: Idol Hollywood Group Week
This week the wannabes had to sing in groups, but most just couldn't pull it together. The Idol Insider Louis Aguirre is here with his take.
WSVN -- Group night is all about harmony and I'm not just talking about the singing. The groups with the most drama, the most infighting often did not fare the best and as always tension ran high as tempers flared.
There was plenty of drama and plenty of tears.
Idol wanabees facing the toughest part of Hollywood week, there group round and just finding a group is half the battle right Tiffany?
Yeah, they were serious Tiffany and with good reason.
Wow that was painful and Tiffany would get no love from the dawg.
Bruno Mars songs really popular with the groups, some nailed it and other's not so much.
OK, here are some favs who survived group round and are moving through: Casey Abram, Brett Lowenters and Lauren Alaina who's group serenaded a very happy Steven Tyler.
It worked for Lauren not for the others.
Also, loved that Scotty Mcreery who got through, but the most emotional yes of the night was 15-year-old Jacee Badeaux, who overcame the obstacle of being kicked out of his first group and having to learn a whole new song.
This kids a star and is definitely one to look out for.
So now, out of 168 wannabes, we are now left with 100. Tomorrow, more will be cut as Hollywood week continues- with the solo performances.
