New details into a 7 News Investigation we brought you last year. South Florida homeowners who thought they were paying a company to save their homes from foreclosure were instead being misled. Now we're learning that company, Outreach Housing, is being closed down by the State of Florida.

WSVN -- Patrick Fraser, last year: "So, most foreclosures that are being done are being done illegally, in your opinion."

Blair Wright, Outreach Housing, last year: "Yes."

Patrick Fraser: "Now, I have learned through the years that if it sounds too unbelievable, odds are it's not believable."

Charles Wilford, Facing Foreclosure, last year: "I wouldn't advise anyone to even go near Outreach, because they are poison ... They didn't pay a cent. The only thing they did was take money out of my account, put it in their account."

The state got a Broward County judge to sign an order placing Outreach Housing into receivership and seized their assets.
