A word to the wise - don't get in the way of 7's Jackie Johnson. It turns out Jackie's learning to become a lean mean fighting machine. Tonight, she's Living It Up Kickboxing on South Beach.

We are living it up on South Beach and if your Kickboxing workout's becoming a little too routine well you might want to try this.Jackie: "Okay what is the purpose of P3 Kickboxing?"
Jason: "The P3 belt has variable resistance, it has cables that we use so that when you punch there's a positive pull and there's a negative pull."
Jason: "Left, right, left, and kick."
Jackie: "But what's good about this is it prevents you from hyperextending so it also prevents injury."
Jason: "It's going to revolutionize Kickboxing in the fitness industry. It's an amazing workout."
Jackie: "That's tough!"
Jason: "We are going to go over the fighting stance. Everything in every Martial Arts starts from the fighting position."
Jason: "Now the second part is making a tight fist because in Kickboxing we use punches."
Jason: "You are ready to attack."
Jackie: "I got it baby."
Jackie: "So that's what it's like living it up kickboxing on South Beach. A big thanks goes to personal trainer from Crunch, Jason Warren.
