Living It Up: Hula Hooping
Well get ready to move your hips to a new groove that's bringing back old memories. "Living It Up" goes in search of an exercise that makes you smile..Tonight, Jackie is "Hula Hooping" in Aventura.

We are Living It Up at Olympia Gym in Aventura where we are moving to a beat of a work out that is sure to bring back memories.Jackie: "And so you teach a Hula Hooping class?"
Maricel: "Yes."
Jackie: "And what are the age groups in your class?"
Maricel: "Any age, mid age, it doesn't matter."
Jackie: "And what does it work out?"
Maricel: "Mostly the mid section. Really you get very good cardiovascular, at the same time you're toning your mid section."
Jackie: "I notice there's a lot of different things you can do with a hula hoop.""
Maricel: "Yeah you can even do jump rope."
Maricel: "At least 10 minutes and you sweat, you can't even believe it. Just do it ten minutes, that's all you need."
Jackie: "Okay we're going to try it for 10 minutes, let's see if we can work up a sweat."
Richard Simmons: "We're sweatin' to the oldies!"
Maricel: "Just keep one leg up front, one leg back, and keep your hula hoop right next to your waist line."
Maricel: "Okay here we go, let it go."
Jackie: "2, not 1 but 2."
Jackie: "They said everyone's always smiling when they hula hoop."
Jackie: "I think I'm smiling."
Jackie: "Allright Ducis"
Jackie: "Jackie: This is the sports guy, he's supposed to know how to do everything, let's see what you can do."
Jackie: "And uh Ducis can we have a phone number to give to the ladies when they see this?"
Jackie: "That's what it's Like Living It up Hula Hooping. A big thanks goes to everyone at Olympia Gym in Aventura.
