All Living It Up

Tonight Living It Up is going to pump you up. Jackie's revved up and ready to sweat. She's spinning and lifting with a new workout called Revs And Reps.

(WSVN) -- We are Living It Up at the Eden Roc Resort on South Beach where we are trying a new fitness routine called revs and reps, and this one really gets your heart racing.

Jackie: "And why is it called revs and reps?"

Alex: "We wanted to get a combination class in there that included the indoor group cycling class, as well as body sculpting."

Jackie: "And what do you work out the most?"

Alex: "We hit everything from top to bottom, if it's on your body, we'll work it out."

Jackie: "And that's why it's so popular?"

Alex: "It's so popular because not everyone's got all the time in the world, so you get the best of both worlds - lots of calories burned and you've also got the muscle development going on."

Jackie: "Okay well let's see how good you are at motivating me."

Alex: "Okay let's go, come on over."

Alex: "Allright hands in position one, let's get going nice and easy, remember this is just a warm-up, take it nice and easy."

Jackie: "So far it's not that bad."

Alex: "Sit way on the back of the saddle, let's take it to an uphill climb."

Alex: "Make sure you reach down and give yourself a little bit more resistance, turning it to the right."

Alex: "The indoor group cycling absolutely has always been famed for being able to burn the most calories, in the shortest amount of time."

Jackie: "Okay it's getting tough now."

Alex: "Alright pull up on the brake, pull up, bring your wheel to a complete stop, exit your spinner off the back."

Jackie: "I feel like I'm in boot camp."

Alex: "Come on back."

Alex: "Bend your knees, grab your dumb bells."

Alex: "I gave you dumb bells according to your own personal fittness level."

Alex: "Overhead press, press right up and down."

Alex: "Exhale hard on the way up, big breath in on the way back down."

Alex: "You keep everything at your own personal level and you can have the most fit person standing next to the most novice person."

Jackie: "That is definately one of the hardest workouts I've had."

Jackie: "And that's what it's like living it up learning revs and reps, a very good fitness routine here at the Eden Roc, and if you want a total body workout, this is the thing to do."
