(WSVN) -- Jackie: "We are living it up with the wind in our sails on Biscayne Bay if you want to catch a breeze, well come sail with us."

Jackie: "So Richard you are going to teach me about sailing today?"

Richard: "Absolutely Jackie, its a perfect day to learn to sail, Biscayne Bay is truly one of the sailing paradises in the world because of this almost always wind out of some direction from the east, it's usually fairly constant, and always fairly cool out on the water."

Jackie: I've never sailed before, how difficult will it be for me to learn?"

Richard: "Well it shouldn't be difficult at all for you Jackie. Sailing isn't about strength, it's about balance and finesse and women seem to understand that a little better than guys do."

Jackie: Alright, just give me a few basics of sailing?"

Richard: Well, we are going to be learning on the most basic of all boats, the Sunfish.

Richard: The boat only weighs 130 pounds so where you are sitting and where the sail is has a lot to do with balance."

Jackie: "Alright well you said the weather's perfect so let's take this baby out."

Richard: "Alright let's go sailing."

Richard: "Step right into the center of the boat, right into the cockpit."

"Richard: "Remember that you always, always, always are going to be sitting facing the sail, The wind is going to be pushing against the sail that way, and your weight is going to keep the boat balanced on this side."

Richard: "Now lets reach back and get our tiller you always push the tiller opposite the direction that you want to go."

Richard: "Now you have the main sheet in your hand, let's just see you sheet it in."

Jackie: "How deep is the water that we'll be sailing in?"

Richard: "About 4 feet."

Richard: "Now I'm going to let you go first and I'm going to get in my boat and follow right behind you."

Richard: "Okay bring your sail in just a little bit and follow me, steer towards me."

Jackie: "Well its been a lot of fun on the open seas with the Coconut Grove Sailing Club.
