(WSVN) -- We are really pushing ourselves to the limit, Living It Up at the FIU ropes course, if you want to know what we're made of, well join this adrenaline rush.
Jackie: "How high up are you?"
Greg: "About 30 feet."
Jackie: "Am I really going to do this?"
Jackie: "Ready on beley, permission to fall."
Jackie: "Just tell me a little bit about the TRAC program."
Greg: "
The TRAC program is an experiential learning program that corporations, student groups come to and the climbing helps you challenge yourself to do things you probably didn't think you could do."Jackie: "What does this actually do for a person?"
Greg: "They use it in schools and they've documented a change in grades and attitudes in the students

Jackie: "Ladder team ready, permission to climb, beley ready."
Greg: "The zip line leaves from the top of the tower, which is 45 feet high and you'll zip on the 200 ft cable."
Jackie: "Zipping"
Jackie: "That was awesome!"
Jackie: "I can see how this definitely builds confidence."
Greg: "You and a partner, Luis, will climb to the top
when he gets to the end, you'll have to be guided across."Jackie: "So this bridge isn't very straight is it?"
Luis: "That's the whole point, is that I'm going to have to walk you across it."
Luis: "I'm going to blindfold you."
Luis: "Just walk straight, baby steps."
Jackie: "I'm terrified right now."
Luis: "Keep going, a little to your right."
Jackie: "This is a lot scarier than I thought it, oh gosh wow."
Jackie: "Well that's what it's like living it up at TRAC, the FIU ropes course, that is quite an adrenaline rush, I'm Jackie Johnson, I'm outta here 7 News."
