Gene: "The first thing that you always want to find out is what is their location."

Gene: "After that, the next thing is what is the nature of distress, what is their problem."

Gene: "Next thing is how many persons they have on board in case that vessel sinks and we get out there, we need to know how many people we need to recover."

Over radio: "Mayday, mayday, mayday...Coast Guard you there?"

Over radio: "There's 3 of us."

Jackie: "Alright...Roger that, vessel in distress, Coast Guard Station Ft Lauderdale, we have a vessel in route."

Gene: "Alright, Jackie you take the helm."

Jackie: "Alright, bring in all the lines!"
