, Jim Ferraro says, "That was the fun part what I did is I I've been stuff buying for 8 years and I've been storing it all at the fortress. I'd see something in Vienna and buy it ship it over. I bought a table in Vencie I'd ship it in..."The glasswear and masks decorating Jim Ferraro's Coral Gables dining room came from Venice...
The Minton China from England.
And one of his favorite pieces came from France.
"This is a cordial set from one of Napolean's palaces that I bought in Paris in 1999..."
The three story penthouse comes complete with a wine cellar for 25-hundred bottles of wine and 4 terraces overlooking the city beautiful Coral Gables...
One of the most interesting rooms this oversized bathroom...
"Bathroom designed for 4 or 5 people bring in some wine and just hang out if you'd like you can take a shower..."
It took Jim 8 years and 8 million dollars to get his 7 bedroom 10 bath penthouse just right.
And believe it or not he's still moving things in...
"About 2 months ago I started opening everything up and it was like one big Christmas from the last 8 years...you had forgotten all the things that you had in there it was pretty cool I was opening things up going this is a great piece-- wow I forgot about this.."
And now his Luxury Living home is what's unforgettable....
