It starts with a foot ritual...sea salts and restorative oils get rubbed in to help you relax.
"The oil is supposed to balance my emotions...pour more in there ok..."
Then two sets of hands rub away all the stress in your body in a Zen like atmosphere....
No wonder Christy Turlington is a fan ---
And as of now -- I am too..

From the rub down it was time for a good stretch with a Thai massage...if this one's good enough for Jennifer Lopez then it's good enough for me...
My new best friend, Jongrak the therapist, twisted and turned me in more ways than I thought were possible...
"I think I can join the circus after this..."
It looks like it hurts but trust me she stretches just enough to put you in a deep relaxation zone...
